Shipping policy

DEMO STORE

This is a demonstration store built to show how bKlug works. Nothing here is sold and no orders are fulfilled or shipped. The terms below describe how shipping would operate.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Every item is made to order. Please allow up to 15 days for production before your order is dispatched.

 

DESTINATIONS AND RATES

We ship across Europe. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order contents.

 

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Once dispatched, orders are sent with a local carrier and typically arrive within 4 weeks. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and do not include the production time above.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

For orders delivered outside the European Union, the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged on arrival. These are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

 

TRACKING

A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our facility.

 

DELAYED OR LOST PARCELS

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, email stefanie@bklug.ai with your order number and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

We are not able to reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched. If the address you provided is incomplete or incorrect, the order may be returned to us and a reshipping fee may apply.
